Privacy notice.

A plain-language overview of the data Blokos assistant may need to operate Discord, dashboard, support and Minecraft features.

Effective October 2026

Information the service may process

Discord user and server identifiers, server configuration, enabled-feature settings, moderation records, ticket and transcript data, audit history, operational logs, and Minecraft information when a user or server explicitly connects it.

Why the information is used

Data is used to provide the feature that created it, enforce server-specific permissions, keep configuration scoped to the correct Discord server, troubleshoot failures, operate support flows and protect the service from abuse.

Discord sign-in

Dashboard sign-in uses Discord to identify the account and determine which servers that account is currently allowed to manage. Blokos assistant does not need a user's Discord password.

Server isolation

Management data is intended to stay scoped to the Discord server it belongs to. Normal server owners do not receive global Fleet Centre access, and member views are limited to personal information and tools.

Retention and deletion

Different features create different records. Retention can depend on the feature, server configuration and operational needs. Where deletion or retention controls are available, server owners should use them from the relevant management surface. Support can be used for account or server data questions.

Service providers

Blokos assistant relies on infrastructure and platform providers required to run the service, including Discord and the hosting, database and network systems used by the bot and website. Those providers may process technical data under their own terms and policies.

Security

The service uses permission checks and server-scoped access controls, but no online service can promise perfect security or uninterrupted availability. Report suspected security issues through the Support Centre.

Policy changes

This notice may change as features, retention controls or infrastructure change. Material changes should be reflected on this page so the policy continues to match the production service.
