Terms

Terms of service.

The basic rules for using Blokos assistant and the responsibilities that stay with Discord server owners and staff.

Effective October 2026

Using the service

You may use Blokos assistant only in ways allowed by Discord, applicable law and the rules of the Discord servers where the bot is installed. Do not use the service to facilitate harassment, spam, fraud, abuse or unauthorized access.

Server-owner responsibility

Server owners and managers are responsible for choosing features, assigning staff permissions, reviewing moderation and ticket settings, and making sure their server's use of the bot fits their own community rules and obligations.

Permissions

Blokos assistant is designed to work without Discord Administrator permission. Individual features can still require specific Discord permissions. A feature may not work correctly if required permissions are removed or denied.

Moderation and user-generated content

Moderation actions, tickets, suggestions, transcripts and other community records can contain content created by Discord users. Server staff remain responsible for the decisions they make using those tools.

Availability

The service may be changed, restarted, limited or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, Discord platform changes, infrastructure problems or other operational reasons. No uninterrupted-availability guarantee is made.

Abuse prevention

Access may be limited or removed when a server or user abuses the service, threatens platform stability, attempts to bypass safeguards or creates unreasonable risk for other communities.

Feature changes

Features, commands, limits and dashboard controls can change as the bot develops. Staged rollouts and configuration changes may be used to reduce risk when new features are introduced.

Data and privacy

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Notice, which explains the categories of information the bot may process and how server-scoped access is intended to work.

Support

Support is provided through the service's available support channels and dashboard flows. Response time and outcome can depend on the type of request and the information available.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service, platform requirements or operational rules change. The current version will be published on this page.
